Where to find live moving average crossover alerts for stock options?

Hi guys, is there a chart service that shows moving average crossovers with alerts for stock options?

I can't find live quotes anywhere for options. I subscribed to Interactive Brokers' live options feed (OPRA) but the charts for the options are still delayed and don't seem to update as the price changes. So, if I load the chart at 6:30am, it looks the same all day.

Yahoo Finance has charts for options. They're delayed 15 minutes for the first 15 minutes of the trading day but switch to live charts later. Yahoo finance doesn't have alerts for MA crossovers though.

Trading View has alerts for indicators, such as moving average crossovers, but not for individual options.

Can you think of any solution?

Thinkorswim, from Ameritrade, and Tastytrade are probably the two best platforms for options (both founded by Tom Sosnoff). You can add conditional parameters and tie that into the chart, etc.
