THOSE are on DOW SPY QQQ charts .
QQQ, for over 20 years. Price on SPY + such is much more objective+ than any kind of fear.
IBD uses a put-call ratio in their newspaper, but its below close price on their charts;
but fundamentals + price has been more useful for me.
