From the looks of things the S&P isn't as overpriced as a lot of people think it is.

The "E" is based on un-sustainable profit margins. Normalize the P/E and you will have a different picture. Take a look at Hussman's articles for more info.

Hussman says this since 2004/5. A broken clock will eventually be right.
