Where to buy russian oil stocks? (donate profit to ukraine)

As I heard, Dow Jones is kicking russian stocks out of its listing.

I also heard, you can buy russian oil company stocks at LSE for $0.01 (1 cent).

Is that true?

Is it morally okay, to buy russian stocks now for 1 cent...?

Wouldn't it be great, to sell them at some time for profit, and donate half of it to projects in ukraine?
