Bear\downtrending markets have no support line$ \good downtrend;
bull markets have no resistance\good general guide, beats almost all attempts @ prediction.

El Paso is a line in the sand, crooked like a Rio Grand\\
200 week, according to Bloomberg.... 
Although Bloomberg is mass knowledge, it can help with basic questions like this.

I been selling Index futures/hedged past 4.5 years, I over hedge so losing trades System comes out profitable when underlying Stop loses hit. Always seeking the plunge/blastoff on long term commodities.
Have to wait till under 2000 on ES, so am loving it. Am short many markets, going to be one of my best years.
