Where is the outrage when black men commit racist killings against white people?

I don't accept this. Killing is a function of low intelligence and impulse control. Lack of empathy and morality is correlated with low intelligence. Not all black killings are in the inner city, by the way. There are plenty throughout the South and rural areas of states like Florida.

None of the immigrant groups that started in the inner city engaged in senseless killings of the scale we are seeing with blacks.

There hasn't been enough scientific evidence to prove racial disparities in IQ are genetic or not either way.

The mainstream answer in the scientific community is no less than 40% and no greater than 80% genetic. After 50 years of affirmative action with little movement on the IQ scale, the hereditarians are getting the upper hand. Every other ethnic group that has worked its way out of poverty has shown improvement in measured IQ over time. Not blacks.

In order to prove what you're suggesting you would actually have to find what alleles actually determine IQ performance as the alleles that determine skin color/physical features almost certainly have no genetic determination for IQ.

It would be a complicated combination of alleles. The databases are out there, but there is heavy political resistance to using them to close the case on the IQ debate. I started a thread on that a few months ago. Why is this? Perhaps there is concern that socialists will have a better argument if it is established that achievement has more to do with the luck of the draw rather than 'merit.'

It's clear that black people can still be at the upper extreme in intelligence.

That's true, but there aren't very many. That's how statistical distributions work. Keep in mind that the North American black population has a heavy white admixture that boosts the right hand tail of the black distribution curve.

You could look at places like Appalachia for a fairer comparison.

Not comparable. Children of poor whites in Appalachia have higher IQs than children of black professionals, and they are a full standard distribution higher than poor blacks. Not by much, but slightly higher. I have posted studies on this before.

There were mafias back then. Illegal drugs changed the game. Now we have a $150B a year illegal drug industry.

The chart of the world doesn't really prove the point. It really shows where people are educated. Being illiterate doesn't mean somebody is intellectually inferior, because of genetics. It usually means they weren't educated. You will have legitimately mentally handicapped people in the United States average the IQ's of some of these countries. Trust me, if the people in those countries were legitimately mentally handicapped they wouldn't have anywhere near what they have today (even if it's way less compared to us). Also note Southeast Asia, an area with IQs roughly inline with African Americans. Many of those countries don't have particularly high crime rates. So yes...the culture in which people are in makes a big difference.

As for affirmative action. It's quite easy to argue that the small amounts of affirmative action pale in comparison to the systematic disadvantages that are given. Take how schools have been funded for example. The property tax. That advantages richer students over poorer students. As I mentioned before, somebody with a white sounding name gets significantly higher more phone calls than somebody with a black sounding name using the same exact resume. Nope. The data was compiled before China's rise and testing there and in other countries was done on the literate and illiterate alike using language neutral tests like the Ravens Progressive Matrices. IQ tests don't measure education.

That's right. The cutoff for mentally retarded in this country used to be 85, and that was changed because half of blacks were falling under that.

You are assuming violence is a product of culture rather than any heritable quality, when the data says otherwise.

As I mentioned before, somebody with a white sounding name gets significantly higher more phone calls than somebody with a black sounding name using the same exact resume.

Blacks have a scarlet letter on their foreheads because of affirmative action. Employers know they're not getting the genuine article.

Black neighborhoods have lower property values because they are associated with poor property maintenance and higher crime.

An IQ of 60 basically means you cannot function in day to day life by yourself. I doubt Ghana would have this score today as they've greatly improved their statistics since. However, that was due to investment in education, not immigration or genetic evolution.
