Where does everyone live/trade and how old.

Trade everything except debt and forex and don't plan on it.

99% of my trades are triggered based on daily closing prices...with typical holding periods of weeks. Other 1% are quick opportunistic intraday plays i.e news, gaps, major technical levels.
 
I'm 27 from Santa Barbara, CA. Been trading stocks part time since I was 19 and started trading full-time 2.5 years ago. Recently started trading futures (<2months).

EDIT: My time frames are anything from 1 hour to 1 week.
 
Melbourne, Australia. Traded stocks for 5 years, in between working as an I-Banker. Some forex also (but find having open positions 24 hours/day a little difficult).

Index Futures and Australian equities position trades. Learning about Forex but am not sure if it's better than Index Futures.
Property Investor also since 01.

I think I'm the only trader living in Lithuania :)

been trading >1 yr equities/options

started tracking performance march 23rd. doubled account by the friday after thanksgiving
 
Deptrai, one of the main reasons I chose trading over other careers is because it allows me to live where I want. I also moved to FX from equity since FX is a unregulated market (less political or government bullshit).
