Where do I find a good programmer for c# with algo experience?

No. In category theory terms, Reactive Programming turns the arrows the other way to create a dual interpretation (of IEnumerable). Then the algos implementation are also turned "inside out". There is Rx and Ix. Ix is probably closer to what most people are used to. Rx is somewhat strange until you get used to it.

Like I said, I'm in it for the long-term - that means, I code it and thoroughly unit test it, thus I control quality. I know exactly what it's doing at all levels, from order management, to backtesting, to real-time position monitoring, to capital allocation, etc. The real plus is that I still enjoy coding and building it is part of the fun and challenge!
