Where can you find decent hedge fund/IB salary info

I'd like to see a breakdown of what kind of salary/bonuses people get for various jobs (also by years experience) at hedge funds or investment banks.

Sites like salary.com are useless, because they give industrywide averages for most positions, which have no correlation w/ compensation at hedges or banks.
 
I worked at a hedge fund for the past year, and am starting at an investment bank in 2 weeks.

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm getting underpaid or not.
 
Institutional Investor does a yearly survey.

Well bunds, obviously I had multiple offers and I took the one that fit me best (in terms of pay, commute, and what I'd actually be doing at work).

I been looking for the info for the past few weeks, but can't seem to find a good resource. And obviously, when the end of the year rolls around and they do reviews and what not, I can try to negotiate more salary if I am being underpaid.

All of my offers (I had like 4 offers) fell within the same range (70 - 80 base + 15 - 30% bonus), and the firm I currently work for is having financial difficulty. The job market is also crappy right now, so I don't have that much leverage with salary negotiation. When the market improves, then I will ask for more money.

Bulletin boards are specific to companies, Lehman, GS, etc. The analysts/associates like to dish what they're getting.
