Where Can One Find Data On Money Inflow/Outflow Into Equity Markets?

I'd like to be able to track total inflow and outflow of capital into equity markets for specific periods of time (ideally, on a monthly and quarterly basis).

Is there any entity or service that compiles and makes this data available?
