Where can I get a free live options demo?

What is it you would like to do? The purpose of a demo is to test is a platform for ease of use
 
TD is probably the best demo you will find, otherwise I am pretty sure if you go to CBOE you can get a live account with trademonster without having to actually open up an account. personally i think saxobank in general sucks.. And then when you start trading for real you should go with IB and buy OptionVue as an add on. Epic set up
 
Some brokers got paper trade account which imitate the real account activities.

For instance interactive brokers got paper account (with 1M "play money") that is all yours for testing strategies with real trade conditions and real quotes
