Where can I find prop firms that are hiring?

In addition to calling every broker under the "Brokers" section on this website, where else can I find prop firms that are hiring traders? And prop firms with options trading strategies or prop firms with a descent number of options traders? Thanks very much.

Also, go on Craigslist in NYC and search under "Trader"

You are going to have to sift through a LOT of shadiness before you find anything of value, but it's better than opening up a Scottrade account.
