Where can I find codes for the following tickers

Ok, amateur hour 101 where would I find the exact codes for the following indexes/sectors....If anyone know these can you please fill them in would be much appreciated. I tried looking up several and have a feeling there is no exact symbol for a few? Thanks

If you use Ninja Trader, you can click on instrument manager, to add any others that you want to trade, and then create a chart.
