Go to NASDAQ.com. At the top, you'll see an inconspicuous link:
QUICK FIND: ETFs | Heat Maps | After Hours | Forex | Company List
Click on Company List.
There you'll be able to download all ticker symbols for NASDAQ, NYSE, as well as the AMEX.
