Do you know the difference between the Defense department which is not closed, and the Department of Homelsnd Security which is closed. The Coast Guard is part of the Department of Homeland Security. Do you understand the fundamental difference - and how completely incorrect your assertions are.

Why don't you quote me where I said anything about ANY DEPARTMENT BEING CLOSED?

Do you understand the fundamental difference between NOT PAID and CLOSED? I said nobody is being paid, I didn't say nobody is working.
