Yao Ming is 7' 6" and 310lbs. The world's tallest living man is Bao Xishun, at 7' 8.95". China's such a big country that it has a large number of all body types.

The same thing happened when Mercedes Benz (prior to the Daimler-Chrysler merger) started making their ML-series SUVs in Alabama. The first year of the Alabama plant's production saw the ML's with tons of defects like doors that wouldn't shut completely and an unusually-high number of vehicle rollovers.

An article in BusinessWeek about post-merger Mercedes cars showed a photo of an American-made Mercedes sedan whose engine had blown up and caught fire somewhere in Japan.

Buy BMW or Porche. The only cars worth buying these days. Mercedes is nothing more than glorified Chryslers. The brand has gone downhill since the merger, even the new styling cues suck.

They suck, too, unfortunately.

BMW has had a ton of problems with their new 5 and 7 series vehicles, as well as their X5.

Honda makes the most reliable cars bar none. The key is the motor. It's hard to kill a Honda.
 
Yeah, chinese people aren't exactly short. Perhaps the southern chinese (cantonese) that you see in America but yeah, the more north you go the taller they get. Not many northeners in America though.

Are all you guys attempting to suggest, in your roundabout way, that due to the globalisation of the automobile industry, that their ARENT any good cars anymore?
 
Nevertheless, in the end, he kept it, even though GT is probably 2 times the price of it here in USA. :D :D :D
This story reminds me of one of my ex ex ex ... girlfriends.:D :p :mad:
