I'm not bitter or jealous, I actually think it is great that people are making new fortunes off of it! I honestly just think it is a joke that will crash in the end for some specific technical reasons that invalidate it. Obviously I have been wrong so far lol.

Every time I criticize Bitcoin I get an emotional response devoid of a logical counter. I have money set aside for the crypto I think will fix the problems with Bitcoin. I'm not anti crypto, I just see serious problems with the existing solutions. Like this:

And the 7 transactions a second. Bitcoin is already obsolete, or will be very soon. But I hope you get rich off it in the meantime.
Why is the U.S. Dollar still the world's reserve currency, backed by very little gold relatively speaking - other than the fact we have the largest military umm budget?
Why ask why. Trade. It's what we do.
Then you still haven't understood why Segwit was THAT important to be implemented and released. Now we have Segwit into the Bitcoin protocol, we can finally release the already built second-layer on top of the blockchain. Now that Sidechains and the Lightning-Network can be released we will solve the "7 transactions limit" with something that even the Visa-network will be jealous of.
If it doesn't get to 5k by months end, it'll surely be there by the time China holds their big Bitcoin conference in September.
And if India legalizes it by year end, look for 10k.
