You didn't answer, the reason Covid is more dangerous than Flu is because it spreads much faster, has no cure or vaccine and is a death sentence for people who are already frail. So why would you compare them both as if they are similar?

Because in the UK nobody gives a shit about 17,000 people dying of Flu, but so far 400 have died in the UK likely hit 2K or 3K and the world is losing it's mind.

The difference is that Covid is still not a known thing,death rate for seasonal flu is 0.1% in the US, death rate for Covid is much higher with still plenty of unknown factors. With flu, you know that by March end, less people are going to have it, there are no certainties with Covid.

It's definately 1/10th as bad as they claim putting at it Flu * 4 worst case, not Flu * 40 like they claim, but Flu * 4 is still worse case, it might at the end be Flu * 0.2.

But look at the other side, 3.3Million americans just lost there jobs and got put into poverty, hopefully short term for most, that impact wayyy worse to me, than the Virus is doing.

Liberal media hysteria is doing a great job spreading infections all over. Imagine a city like New York with lots of extreme liberals being whipped up in a panic instead, of staying indoors. So, extreme liberals with the flu or cold overwhelm emergency rooms and get the Corona Virus from their hospital visit. Multiply that by the number of liberal idiots who believe the lies of New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, etc. On the plus side, liberal media is killing some of the most rabid, extreme liberals in our society. Sanctuary cities like New York and California have multiplied the infections exponentially, when it is illegals (foreigners) who are more likely to use emergency services knowing the US taxpayers are on the hook for it.
