When Unions run a country

Actually, that's only part of the reason they're rioting. The EU found that over 100 Billion Euros have had accounting "issues" in their audit. Essentially there's been fraud at the top levels, AND they want to cut. The people are (rightly so) pissed that they're being forced to cut while the elite are stealing.

Actually the EU Audit has nothing to do with the riots in Belgium. The riots in Belgium are being pushed by unions - it is a national issue where the unions are opposing the new center-right government.

Is it just me or does the hard left seem to have all the fun? Rioting, looting, threatening speakers and shouting them down on universities, intimidating opposition supporters illegally, using arms of government like the IRS, Justice Department and state prosecutors to torment their political opponents, etc etc.

You can do all that! Just it's on a personal arena scale but it's still a lot of fun :)
