I'm not sure if that's sarcasm or not.

OIL is at highs.... also the shit-of-the shit OIL/GAS stocks at the bottom end of the barrel (no pun intended) penny-stocks are at stupidly high 55 to 65 P/E evaluations, and that doesn't include the other ones that haven't made a profit in over 10 years and can't pay off their debts, but are climbing to the high of the cliff and you're thinking someone is going to thank you later for this advice? I'm not so sure this is going to end well...
 
When Russia invaded Crimea, there was lots of teeth gnashing... but Russia prevailed nonetheless.

Likely the same with Ukraine... pissn' and moan'n rhetoric, but no force against.

Russia is too big and powerful to confront in a serious way. All confrontation from the West is just lip service.

So... the West needs to tuck their tail between their legs and admit that they are just "big hat, no cattle". Russia "gonna do what Russia wants to do"... and the West ain't stopping em'.

Putin has balls of steel if he goes in. You are right Scataphagos, NATO very likely won't do anything, but still, balls of steel! Market will continue to drop until the invasion or shortly after it starts. But then the rip up will come!!!

Sorry, guy you have been so wrong so many times, it is hilarious for you to dole out trading advice. Here is what is going to happen, if war breaks out, sanctions imposed on Russia, expect higher oil and natural gas prices. Putin will retaliate knowing he has Europe and US by the balls and he will squeeze hard and laugh at all the idiots of NATO, warmongering but, eventually, will not fight. The soy boys of NATO will run back to Europe with their tails between their legs. That you can bet on.

But what appears that Russia wants to do, is not to have Nato in their backyard, and as Nato was created to counter Russia, it makes sense.
I am sorry for Ukraine but joining Nato would be a pain in the ass.

Hopefully Nato will step back and Russia won't attack Ukraine.

Crimea was a different story, it is a region and had a 97% consensus on a vote to rejoin Russia.
 
Is NATO really STILL trying to get Ukraine to join it? Insanity if so. Get out of Russia's back yard, they have good reason to be paranoid when their long time enemy is getting countries right next door to them to join their pact.

Regardless, BUY BUY BUY if Russia goes in!!!
