Was able to talk to someone via the phone. They don't know why the message started showing up, but my account seems to be running and permissioned. If I log into the account via a browser after first closing TWS I don't have the message, but if I open the account home page through TWS the message again appears.
No answer, but at least I seem to be up and running and so far at least they don't see my account as being compromised.
