Of course all of this is happening while Durham is actively defunding the police by pulling funds so they cannot hire more officers despite being already desperately shorthanded.

And many not major cities defunded police budgets including Durham in our area. The result was that crime increased greatly. There is a direct correlation.

You know how proper research works. You refer to it all the time in COVID threads.

1. Did Durham participate in defunding the police?
2. Too what extent?
3. What was defunded?
4. When did the defunding start?
5. Did it end?
6. When?
7. What is the normal crime variance?
8. Did any increase in crime fall within the standard deviation?
