Best to trade it in the Year of the Horse, I think.
Yuan official "RTH" trading hours are now 9.30am to 11.30pm Beijing time - they were extended to allow for an overlap with European trading hours. I appreciate that this doesn't necessarily answer your question, but the USD's certainly well traded during European RTH, too.
