when is ninja trader available for simulated trading?

have tried several times to log into ninja traders simulated trading program and it wont open. r there times when its not available?

NinjaTrader has an excellent support framework.

You really need to be communicating with them if you want the correct answers to your questions.

once its done, you then open up a chart (file --> new --> Chart) of the instrument you want

then to sim trade you simply use the SIM101 account, to place trades you need to open either the charttrader or a dynamic superdom
