I actually ended up make about $85. just for kicks on my IRA account. Look at the 17:28(PST) 1 min candle. It was a drop of about 44 NQ pts from high to low. On the full NQ contract, I dont' think I would be able to hold through that.

I am using IB TWS. It was at least 12-14 pts spread.
The micros were introduced on a hell-of-a-week. Serendipity? At least they are seeing the kind of action that used to be.
Yeah. I was playing 4 MNQ contracts. On a full NQ contract, 44 pts would be huge esp in 1 min.
I'ma staying low for now. I got a read on the MNQ commish for verification. I hope Trump gets his shit done so the market bias can guide me. Because it will bias hard once they conclude the trade spat.
IB commission is 0.47 per side. not bad.
I like your comment with a caveat...The fees could have been better. I totally blame the CME. They earn more money than God. No need to squeeze the little folks, or the big folks who choose to try it. I totally disagree with the CME on this. Fuckers.
Traded 4 lots now total up $114. Not bad for 8PM at night afterwork. Once I can consistently make money on 10 lots then switch over to the full NQ contract. and test trading new patterns and strategies on the MNQ. much safer.
