I want to see what is gapping up the most over the weekend, but I can't because Finviz is using the gap between Thursday and Friday and is ignoring current pre-market activity. At what time (EDT) does Finviz start to reflect current pre-market prices? And if Finviz can't do it, what tool/website does?

At what time (EDT) does Finviz start to reflect current pre-market prices? And if Finviz can't do it, what tool/website does?
Someone else may have better info, but I'd say that most brokers provide configurable price scanners, so the answer may depend on your broker. Or basically check your trading software for scanners.
Do you highly recommend scanz?
