When do you make your money??

Do you find that you make most of your money in the first and last hour of the day or do you make it evenly during the day?
What about a day like today with Bernake talking, market has gone up al lot already and is pretty much marking time, do you just sit back and wait till he is through.

I only trade the first 1 - 2 hours, after this time you can get chopped up a lot and give back everything that you have made.

If I have an open position, then I will just place a trailing stop and leave it, if it gets hit, OK and if it does not, then I will get a windfall profit.
