When did IBD start printing the IBD100?

I'm planning to do a bit of research on CANSLIM. Anyone know what year Investers Business Daily first started printing the IBD top 100 stock list?

I've tried finding a historical list of the IBD 100... is this available anywhere? I can't find a source (and I have an online subscription). Am I looking in the wrong place or does this not exist?
 
We have IBD historic data out there, what exactly are you looking for so we can generate a report? We built a BI system for internal use but thinking about opening our BI engine to help others analyze historical cycles.
