When Companies merge

Its been almost 6 months i have bought shares of Anthem United and 2 weeks ago 3 companies they merged into one.
The 3 are : Lowell Copper, Gold Mountain Mining and Anthem United and create JDL Gold Corp
In my IB account i still can see the Anthem shares even if the company is not for trade.
My questions is how do i receive the JDL shares?They sent them through the broker to my account?What is the usual procedure in this case ?

Corporate actions are handled by your broker. Check the settlement date of the action. On that date, you should see the new shares. Ask IB for that date.
