D Digs Nov 6, 2005 #1 If you own securities, say stocks, and you have cash in your broker account. Your broker goes bust, is it not only the cash that is a risk as unsecured creditor. As you own the asset ( ie stocks) that cant be taken away from you, is this correct ?
