Global Market gyrations got me nervous on my stocks LEN, RYL, LEN and NVR which probably means everything is fine. My holding period on home building stocks seems to run a few years, what's your view of the industry? Appreciate your input greatly, we are blessed having great minds here, thank you!

I would think Home Depot (HD) is the barometer for the home building industry. Their at an all time high - go with the trend.
Could be good ........ Rising interest rates mean the economy is good and the Federal Reserve is trying to slow it down a bit. Rising interest rates also might get the fence sitters into action to buy some real estate or do some renovations - before the next rate hike.
