What's your top-down approach to stock selection?

Hi, I've trading stocks for many years now but finally came to the conclusion that I need a better stock selection approach. I'd like to have as an end result a list of say 100 stocks that are fundamentally strong and are in sectors/industries that are "in favor".

Do you have anything like that is willing to share?
