Maybe 20 seconds? The poll says "minutes" but that's me riding a really long wave of momentum... easy money is made in 5-10 seconds in the most volatile stocks. While people ist there confused and in disbelief.
I would describe myself as a Position Trader, but can hold a trade from as little as 1 day up to 12 weeks, so not really sure where you'd put me on the poll.
