Frypan....Brown up some butter in pan, add a bit salt
Add any one of: stir fry meat/beef mince/pork mince/chicken mince/chopped streaky bacon, keep frypan max heat and brown the meat.
After 5 odd minutes, turn down heat, cover with lid.
While waiting, In microwave dish with lid which can breathe (don't want container exploding), for 2 minutes on high, heat frozen peas/beans/corn/chopped mushrooms, any frozen veges you like.
Let to settle for couple minutes.
Throw the hot veges into pan with meat, stir fry on high couple minutes.
Add Tomato Bolonaise sauce from supermarket, just about 3 tablespoons should do it from out of the jar.
Heat a tad longer but just simmer at this stage, do not overheat, then serve with bread and butter.
For desert, custard and canned fruit, all from supermarket. Can add icecream if you wish.
Done! About 20 minutes start to finish.
Dishes: 1 frypan, couple plates, spoon, knife, spatula, desert bowl.
Easy peasy! You could make 2 days worth, saves cooking.
