whats wrong with DBA

I have purchased some DBA long time ago, but I'm confused why its not moving like other commodities. I was expecting much higher return for the same reason metals have gone up. I'm just afraid its got the same illness UNG has...

Because it has a 42.36% position in sugar, which has been trending down. This has been offsetting the rising price of wheat, soybeans and corn, which are held in smaller percentages.
