What's with ET'ers and all these dumb ass predictions? They don't even bother giving a basis for their prediction. Just post crap like "The Dow will go up 300 points tomorrow".

Who the hell cares if you think the S&P will go up 2 points in the next 5 minutes? No one cares where you think gold will be 2 months and 18 days from now.

It's obvious that no one making these predictions trades with real money.

Give us back our trader's forum you wankers.

A couple of suggestions to make ET a more enjoyable and useful experience. Use the ignore feature to hide posts from wankers making predictions or hawking old Tudor Jones videos. Since I've started doing that, I've found this to be a much less annoying place.

The only problem is that on the wanker-heavy forums, you may only see 2-3 thread titles per forum and not five, as the wanker created forums will not show, and Baron doesn't yet have it programmed to 'promote' the 6th or 7th thread to the main page if any of the top 5 thread were created by an ignored user.

Overall though, the ignore feature is an excellent wanker abatement tool.

In life, there are two types of people: commentators and the real players.

Some people enjoy hopping on the soap box and making predictions (with no money on the line), instead of actually taking risks and playing the game.

The question is: WHY does a person choose to be a commentator instead of a player? It is probably an EGO thing for guys like stocktrader: he is just here to comment on how everyone is stupid for not buying XYZ.

Too bad the commentators don't realize that they are just meaningless 010101010s in a virtual world.
