What's the reason for Qwest (Q) 's recent strength?

Speculative buying on the premise of infrastructure rebuild in NYC.
My guess. Look at VZ and SBC too.

I heard that the weakness in the past month was the result of either sbc or vz selling their pretty substantial stake. As you can see, there was a monste block a few days ago, and I think that market a good bottom. Also, janus has stopped selling that to meet redemptions, but is selling aol instead... I think.
