I need at least 10TB of ram for my algo's and even than the calculations are so complex it makes my computer lag and I get a 0.000000001 second slower fill. Probably will move up to 18TB to shave off that fraction of a slower fill to further increase my edge.

$6 for a month? As in running your algo 24x7? That's pretty good. Anyway I get what you're saying, but I just don't see why the VPS is charging more for higher memory allocation when memory prices in general are falling.I'm not entirely sure and it depends on the VPS provider as well. I'm paying something like $6 for a 4GB instance.
