Bail Bonds, Check Cashiers, Pawn Shops,
Foreclosure Auctioneers, Bankruptcy Attorneys, Debt Consolidators.

Maybe Good-Will or Food Banks if you want a nice hedge.

actually, a lot of debt consolidators shares have done very poorly. Look at PRAA.

On a larger scale, I think BX is a good play (although I don't own shares). They will make a lot on distressed debt investments. They have smart enough guys to actually value it.

I don't know if this is going to go to hell and back again. But, the stocks that make up PBW are in the high growth area.
