I lean further right than left because on the really important issues the left provides little to no representation for me, an old retired white guy, veteran, and believer of free speech and right to privacy.

Thinking people ask, how does all this get paid for without taxing the general population into poverty? Non thinking people don't burden themselves with such questions. It isn't that most everyone isn't in favor of these things, perhaps with some caveats, but nothing is free and when the government promises something for free, grab your wallet, because there isn't anything as expensive as a free government program.

Depends on how much income and wealth they have. The very rich should be paying much more than they are.

ahh well off top my head, cut bck on military spending should give up a few bill here and there for infrastructure, you know take of the citizens

affordable healthcare, good roads, a little help for the poor and infirmed and such

Bingo, and tax the wealthy more to pay for it. They have done very well.

In last 200 yrs there's a concentration of wealth like endgame of Worls poker and they buy today the govt they want.
