What's the deal with Sierra Chart these days?

Moved my futs account over to AMP and SC, from NT. I am using the CQG datafeed from AMP and having zero problems. I was dismayed about the 26/mo charge when it was supposed to be free thru AMP. But then I just considered what I had been thru with NT and that decision to go back to Sierra, and decided for now at least it was not worth the trouble to migrate again to another trading app. I don't use exotic bar types, or indicators other than the canned O-H-L-C range tool and true range, so the solid performance of SC is what I chose to stay with. May try some other trading platforms later.

Does their datafeed work well with order routing to AMP if not using CQG? I considered that as well, but still have to pay for the exchange fees etc same as when using CQG, so no savings there if going with SC datafeed. Now far as latency and accuracy of one vs the other, don't know about that.
 
Hi LLM, a fellow fly fisher? I have only ever used SC via TT or CQG, changing between the 2 because of various margin or order type issues with whichever broker I was with at the time. Never tried their own data feed but I do think that’s what’ll happen eventually if I want to stay with them.....now that CQG mobile gives you the same password as for your SC ac you get fill confirmations to your smart phone even without the app open. I love this function, an extra layer of confirmation that your order has filled. Just don’t open the app or it disconnects your PC!
 
Help, in the past two weeks have had nothing but issues download lag time, incorrect charts, prices etc. This is from Sierra (basic package) and IB download, I found out that I am not alone, multiple issues that I evidently need to change data download to Sierra.
I am totally confused, all I want is to upgrade, and pay for this, but ever since using Sierra for the past 4 years, the payment system is in need of a 9 year old child or a Phd to explain the situation. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to upgrade. If you query Sierra, they just send you to their documents which is the same crap I have been looking at for days.
Can someone help, All I want to do is get
1) Nasdaq, NYSE, American Data in Real Time
2) Futures limited to Emini, and some Comex.
Understand I need to get to Denali feed, but must I also get a Futures account other than IB and does it have to be funded?

I was wondering how a migration to their data feed would work with order routing to AMP since CQG currently handles the order flow (at least with my account, don't know if that is default).
