What's the deal with Redwood?

I found this ad:

I thought Redwood Trading was gone? Is this some other Redwood in the SF area? Anybody know who this is? I can't turn anything up with web searches other than old information about Redwood Trading, LLC, which as far as I can tell ceased to exist in 2005.

Redwood Trading was dissolved in 2004 in some kind of e*terd merger.
This ad is for a totally different firm, Redwood is a fairly common name in CA.
