What's the deal with this stock? It had absolutely no volume all day long, and then spiked to an over $2 gain near the close. What's going on?

They co-developed a drug called Aldurazyme with Genzyme(GENZ). It just got a thumbs up from the FDA. Both stocks were moving like frieght trains today.
