What's the best timeframe for using TA?

Problem using 3% on EUR/USD because that would require a daily move of about $0.035. That never happens.

I want to stay with Fx pairs because I think they are most likely to follow TA patterns compared to other instruments. EUR/USD has a low bid/ask spread so it's a good choice for me.
Ahhh, fx, mmmm, different kettle of fish, me don't like. :)
Why not pick something even more difficult to cut yur teeth on? :)

I reckon trading us more art than anything else.
Everyone has a different style.
That's probably one main reason it's difficult to share ideas or even agree with anyone. :)

It's easy to see what is going on here. OP is bored with his day job, whatever that is.

Best way to lose money trading, is to be bored with your day job.

Ahhh I got some spare cash and some spare time how hard can trading really be.
1000's dollars later this day job is so bad after all.

Many geniuses had boring jobs because it gave them a lot of time to think - Einstein was a patent clerk.
Other people have boring jobs to develop their trading strategies.
"Many". Like how many would you say out of billions of people living currently or in the past?

Right you don't know. I don't either.

But I sure can name even one, bored with their day job person, who became a well know successful trader. Can you?

I'm not bored at all. You shouldn't speak for other people.
