The best screener and scanner I have ever found is time time time and more time.
 
What's the best and cheapest screener for determining gaps at the open? I can't remember if Yahoo market tracker does that or not in real time?
 
not in real time, but you can refresh the list... trade ideas is probably your best bet, but the sheer number of filters avaible is kinda over-whelming.
