What's realistic profits for ER2 and EUR?

I trade mostly the ER2 and the EUR (EC) and using very short time frames for charts (1 and 3 minutes).

I want to trade only 1 contract for each instrument as I KNOW I haven't been very disciplined lately.

I was wondering if anyone can share what's a realistic number of points/ticks per trade on these instruments, again, taking into consideration my very short time frames.

I have in mind 10 ticks for the EUR ($125) and 20 ticks ($200) for the ER2.

well depends on size

I don't trade for such short term, I trade for 30-40 ticks etc

depends on strategy edge etc

in fact me telling you what I do means nothing

you would need 50 people say their thing and you need to calculate average

etc etc
