My last post on this subject. Optimization is clearly NOT real world. Back testing is. Forward testing is. If the strategy is 25% as successful as back AND forward testing was.... I should be able to expect ... hmmm, 1700 per contract, (500 margin, 700 drawdown (maximum so far!), 500 cushion), X 26 weeks ... I think a little over 300K. I'll sleep a little better tonight. Those of you who can do the math.. sweet dreams too.
since this has nothing to do with my last post, I guess I can post it. 2400 + posts? do you have ANYTHING worthwhile to say? or do you just live in your little world criticizing others? I'm guessing that 2300 of those 2400 posts criticize or make fun of others work. If that's all you have to say... get a job or have an opinion.
