whats happening with RIMM??

this uncertainty/news was out there..... apparently they had >>already<< lost the patent case........... and today an Appellate court merely decided to NOT reverse the prior adverse Ruling of the 3-Judge Federal panel. RIMM had already sold off, so some of this is in the stock

I say RIMM is a trading buy today... if it gaps significantly lower

first u said it would tank if Fidelity did something or other... but now you're.... "sure" it will "bounce up a little". :eek: :eek:

I think you need to start a newsletter with all that conviction. :p
 
The news is old, just reinforcing a previous court decision...

Product is good, would (assume)? the company has made adjustments to accomodate today....

I believe that there will be good opportunities to buy calls and write puts in the 40/50 range....and wait for the bounce....

otherwise I will wait until stocks is between 40/50 to start to go long...

rimm just reported it is appealing to the supreme court with reference to the patents in question..

wonder if palm will pull back?..
