Happy about judicial activism and striking down a legal order I just hope you are ready to applaud when a liberal court does the same thing...... works both ways!
Oh and this sets a great precedent that Trump is not allowed to make an executive order proclamation without submitting it to Congress for approval and a vote. I am sure you are fine with that so win win.
