Whats going on with all these people ready to give up their rights?

Not about money but your second sentence starts being all about money? There is social unrest when people are unfairly treated. Ever seen social unrest because of a virus or earthquake or natural disaster? People take to the streets when being unfairly treated by others. The rest of your post is pure conjecture and guesswork.

There will be no social unrest if the government does its utmost best to minimize deaths and optimize treatment for those needed, rather than pushes to open the country for business by Easter. People sense when their government elect prioritizes money over lives.
There has never been a earthquake, hurricane, or virus which has had the entire country shutdown for weeks and months on end. Never anything ever reassembling that. My "conjecture" is based on what we've already seen. People coast to coast made a run on the stores before any shutdown was even enforced. What happens when those same people are told they're out of work for weeks, months, many permanently? 30%+ unemployment is being predicted for Q2. That's over 50 million people. How long can the fed back stop that level of unemployment before the dollar becomes the new Iraqi Dinar? You're whistling past the graveyard thinking this doesn't get ugly in a big way should we choose to collapse the economy.

No, but we are going to be faced with this very difficult decision before we can say with any degree of certainty that this virus is under control. We simply cannot wait to push the restart button until the all clear is given. I'm just trying to point out that all of us better be ready for either decision because this is a long, long ways from over, and act two comes around next winter. Then what?

I think the ACT II stuff is premature... the others did not make a devastating re appearance and I dont think this one will either. The medical experts who are speaking often are being very hypothetical or guessing.

Simple: don't run a business where you can't over years save enough to stay afloat for a few months. What a ridiculous notion. Do we need to bail out stupid business owners? What are we talking about? Someone running a business who can't make enough to put safety funds aside or does not believe they are needed should do something else. Simple as that. Show me a family run restaurant business that acted responsibly and will run out of resources in 3 or 4 months because the lock down lasts even longer and I will personally donate a significant enough sum to support their cause. I will tag the donation so you know it came from me (I always donate anonymously as matter of principle). Remind me and hold me to this in 3 or 4 months if you like or care. Those are the businesses we should support, nobody else. Let the rest sink, as soon as this is over new businesses that are better managed will emerge and hire millions of workers back. After all the American economy is unbreakable and fundamentally robust, correct?
Wow. What a fucking clueless comment.

You realize this is virtually every other business? Your coffee shop. Auto repairman. Your local pub. Etc
How much do you think the average person has for a rainy day?

Holy Christ I can’t get over what a stupid comment that was.

You do realize that the rest of the world is shifting between amusement and bewilderment regarding the fact that the average American has a hard time to face a USD 400 medical or car repair bill? It is stupid to think the other is stupid who proved one stupid (not aimed at you, personally). We are consuming too much and save too little. Get it?

I thought right wing nuts were all about self sufficiency and provision. Seems they love the community and socialism when it comes to spreading losses as wide as piss in the wind. Don't shoot the messenger, I just point out the broken system and how advertising and irresponsible guidance has turned the average family and worker into an indebted slave to corporate consumerism without any safety provisions needed to weather a crisis. I don't care how much percent of society now falls into the group of irresponsible people, fact is that even plumbers and office workers can save a thousand or two per month if they really wanted to. But that means that not everyone can afford a mortgage and a monster truck with car loan, and credit card debt and two annual holidays and home improvements and and and.

Need hand holding identifying the problem here? I show you, thank me later:

Who do you think all those "right wing nuts" are? CEOs and other entrepreneurs. That's right, most belong to the Republican Party with the tiny exception of liberal millennial tech start-ups. Who do you think those 3.28 million unemployed are? Oh yeah, that's right. They are the jobs that are predominantly held by liberal Democrats.

I am talking about those nuts that seem to primarily care about the economy and market and now want to see each and every business bailed out. I doubt a responsible business owner who takes responsibility for his own actions or for that matter consumer is currently fighting to get a spot in the queue of those begging for money. Responsible people are currently preoccupied keeping their loved ones save at home.

It has now been stated many times. There are two Republican parties post-Trump: the OG Republicans, and the RINOs who follow Trump calling for bailouts.

The hits keep coming.
They wouldn’t have needed bailing out in the first place had the fucking government not made such a horrific decision as to cripple the economy to save seniors.
That’s like hacking off a pitchers arm and then saying ‘who told you it was a good idea to be a pitcher?’
